Small : 1 – 2 years Medium : 2 – 3 years Large : 4 – 5 years XL : 5 – 7 years Please note the Puffy Tutus, Fruity Tutus and the Bell Tutus come up very large in the waist, so 10 – 13 year olds often fit the XL size.
